A recognized leader in the Financial Services Industry for over three decades and member of the Shoreway Group for the prior twelve years, Tom’s charge is vetting, due diligence (DD) and pricing of investment opportunities in the commercial and residential Real Estate sectors. Tom has a BA in Business & E-Commerce along with a degree from the Forbes School of Business. In his personal life, he is married to Laura Beth of 17 years and father (step) to Sydni, a proud OSU graduate and professional. The Chase family also recently welcomed a rescue hound dog named Roxy and is active in local community affairs. Along with this, he maintains his commitment to global charity organizations. Tom believes, as Sir John Templeton quotes “The best investment with the least risk and the greatest dividend is giving”.
